Dear Parents,

I hope this communication finds you and your children well at this time.

We are living in interesting times to say the least with more challenges to come. It’s hard to believe that all of this could happen so quickly. With a bit of luck this will return to normal as soon as possible. It’s very unusual to be working from home and being totally out of our normal routine, and I’m sure the same goes for the children.

In order to keep some sort of normality with your child’s routine I’m sending on a list of activities for the children in my care to complete during the coming fortnight. It will be broken down into week 1 and week 2 for convenience and they can be completed at a time of the day that suits both you and your child. Please bear in mind that these are only suggested activities and it is your decision how best to deliver it to your child.

These are only temporary measures and at some point in the future things will return to normal. When things do return to normal, I will be there to make sure that your child catches up on any academic work that they may have missed out on.

On a side note, the email address I will be using at this time is for professional use for you to contact me directly without going through the school emails.

Also, please feel free to send me on photos of any completed work or if you have any questions for me regarding the work I have sent on do not hesitate to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

Finally, I wish everyone in your home the best of health during this difficult time and would advise everyone to stay as safe as possible and I look forward to seeing you all when this is all over.

Best Regards

Peter Wadding
